Floor renovation
The previous owner had kept the caravan flooring in very good condition but it was time to update after the trip to Uluru NT.
Ripping the old flooring and carpet was very simple. It only took couple of hours. I did not want to rip out the whole floor and was happy as long as the common areas updated.
I also took this as an opportunity to remove the caravan table to make some extra room.
I decided to go with Vinyl tile flooring. I purchased the flooring from Bunnings warehouse for 35$ (on clearance) per 2.1 meter square and enough to cover 5-6 meters with some left over if I need to replace any tiles down the track. Before and after pictures are attached below

Replacing the 3 way fridge with a 12V fridge
The caravan’s old 3 way fridge was no longer cooling and I decided to replace it with a 12V fridge. The 90Litres Fridge/Freezer for caravan is standard size but nearly 1500$to purchase. I went with a cheaper 65 litres fridge from Jaycar electronics. The three way fridge usually has a gas connection and should only be removed or replaced by someone qualified to do that type of work.
I secured the fridge to the Caravan using couple of 90 degree brackets at the back along with bracing at the front. I hid the gap with some plastic molding. It did not look perfect but did the job relatively cheaply.

There is about 150mm gap above the fridge. Some of it is covered by the plastic mold but some is still clearly visible. I am thinking of using this space for portable air conditioning duct. I will need to make sure the fridge is insulated properly else running a hot duct right above the freezer section of the fridge does not seem like a good idea.
